LAKE CYANIDE is an extreme metal band from Toronto, Canada.

After 25 years of playing in heavy bands such as BIBLICAL, THE ILLUMINATI, and GUSH UNDERDRIVE, the trio of Nick Sewell, Chris Blackwell and Jim Gering were compelled to create something heavier still.

Formed in 2018, LAKE CYANIDE ferments elements of black metal, death, noise and cinematic doom into a volatile soundtrack for a world in upheaval.

Their debut full length was released in 2020.
